The NYC model is adaptable to various markets and types of locations, whether it is a commercial street or a residential area, a shopping mall or office tower, a gas station at a busy highway or a public park. Various store formats include:

Operational Support: Every New York Coffee franchise is assigned with a dedicated regional operations manager to fill any gaps and ensure the smooth running of the business. He/she will also assist the store operators in identifying sales opportunities.
Recruitment and Training: We realize that hiring and developing the right talent is crucial to the success of any business. Which is why we have dedicated resources that are well equipped to provide ongoing training and recruitment consultation.
Cost Management: Our team helps franchises maximize profitability via cost management strategies. We offer guidance in areas of cost control for food and supply items, waste reduction and staff management for increased productivity.
Integrated POS System: Our integrated POS system is state-of-the-art, giving leverage to operators and staff to manage sales, customer database and deliveries. The POS system will also allow operators to extract reports on daily/monthly sales, products-wise sales, day-part sales and much more.
Marketing Support: NYC houses a very dynamic marketing and brand management team. Franchise operators have direct access to receive assistance from the marketing team for localized and personalized marketing requirements.
How much is the investment required for a potential franchisee to own a New York Coffee store?
The financial requirement ranges depending upon the size and location, starting at US$150,000+.
What is included in the investment?
The investment includes the franchise fee, infrastructure costs (equipment, construction, and furnishing) & initial working capital.
How long is the training program?
The franchisee or their appointed manager is required to complete a 3-6 weeks training program covering all aspects of managing your NYC store.
What support will the NYC principle provide for the set up and operation of the business?

Can a corporation apply for a franchise?
Yes, corporations can apply for an NYC franchise as long as there is no conflict of interest.
How will provide manpower to operate the store?
Store manpower will be provided by the franchisee. However, franchisees are supported in terms of job description provision, sharing talent acquisition sources and methods and final review of shortlisted candidates.
What does the ROI look like?
Typically the ROI is within a period of 2.5 to 5 years. However, this is dependent on several factors such as your ability to control capex and operating expenses, maintaining quality consistently etc. Further queries on financial viability will be discussed during the strategic plan development phase.
If I don’t have a location can I apply for a franchise?
Yes, you can still apply.
What is the length of the franchise agreement?
Generally, the franchise agreement contract is signed for a term of 10 years and is renewable with mutual consent.
In which countries does NYC currently have franchising opportunities?
New York Coffee is looking to expand internationally and is open to queries from all over the world. Assessment shall be done for the respective territories upon receiving potential requests.
