New York Coffee launched its new loyalty program last night at their Riffa outlet. The New Yorker’s Club is a privileged membership program open and free to register for the public. Customers of New York Coffee can avail points on purchases made at the outlets and with accumulated points redeem items from their menu and retail coffee items.
At the event were present New York Coffee’s CEO Mr. Imran Agha and the management along with media and bloggers to cover the launch. “The New Yorker’s Club is a program where we are giving back to our customers for their loyalty to us. The program is part of our greater vision and our commitment to develop and foster relationships with our customers.” Mr Agha commented. At the event Marketing Manager, Mr. Usman Ali said “At New York Coffee we are dedicated to customer service, and the New Yorker’s Club membership enhances the customer’s experience. The program allow us to send tailored and personalized experience to members via our database. He added “Receiving points and redeeming rewards are only one part of the program. Members will also receive invitations to food tasting, early product launches, special menu items and members-only discounts and offers”.

Manama Entrepreneurship and Youth Empowerment Week
New York Coffee received participation award for the Manama Entrepreneurship and Youth Empowerment Week at the event in Diplomat Raddison Blu, Bahrain. New York Coffee participated in the week by providing training sessions encouraging young and budding entrepreneurs in Bahrain.

New York Coffee - Think Pink
In support for breast cancer awareness, the team at New York Coffee across all locations in Bahrain are wearing pink shirts during the month of October.
Contributing towards the Think Pink campaign across Bahrain, New York Coffee are selling ribbons at all locations. Each ribbon costs BHD 1 that will help contribute towards donations to the Bahrain Breast Cancer Society.New York Coffee is located in: Riffaa, The Walk. Hamala, near to British School. Adliya, opposite to CID office and in Manama, National Car Park building.
Supporting a 'Green Clean' Bahrain
New York Coffee participated in the Green Clean program conducted at the Tubli Bay. Many volunteers had participated for this awareness program including New York Coffee’s staff. At the event New York Coffee supplied refreshments and cakes to people that attended and supported.
New store designs and interiors to be rolled-out
New York Coffee will be rolling-out newly design stores for existing and upcoming new outlets starting in the year 2016. The new store designs were developed reflecting on New York City themes and tones of neighborhood lofts, striking the right balance between rustic and warm comfortable environment. The stores were developed to enhance the overall customers’ experience in coffee culture fusion with New York.
Creating a neighborhood culture
As part of routine training, this January our head Barista, Bilal Tariq (pictured above) was providing training to staff at Adliya outlet on latte-art.
New York Coffee management and the operation team is currently focussing on developing their individual stores starting from Adliya outlet. Don’t be surprised if you hear some noise made at Adliya starting next month. Apart from improving the store ambiance and local PR activities, the team is excited to educate the public and customers about coffee, coffee making, latte art and much more on the agenda.

It is exciting news that New York Coffee has partnered with Talabat.com, an online food ordering service that has been popular within the region. By signing up with Talabat.com, we have ensured that appropriate logistics are in-place in order to maintain high quality and high standards in delivery of our coffee and food.
While current serviced locations include areas within Central, Southern and Northern Governorate in Bahrain, we are also working on expanding our delivery services into most of the capital regions which is due to be launched in February 2016.
